two sports facilities on campus. Read this comparison carefully before
you choose one or the
other (or both) and learn English with your team mates. |

I.
STUDENT RECREATION CENTER

- Large weight room
- Aerobic training room (stationary bicycles, stair climbers, etc.)
- Aerobic classes
- Ping-Pong (table tennis)
- Intramural sports teams
- Squash / badminton / volleyball / racquetball / basketball courts
- Equipment
for the above sports is available for checkout, free of charge, with
your ID card (and current quarter sticker)
SUMMER MEMBERSHIP
RATES*
- Up to four
weeks $36.00
- Up to ten
weeks $55.00
- You may
also come in as the guest of a member for $3.00 per day.

Monday thu Thursday 6:30 am-9:30 pm
Friday 6:30 am-9:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am-6:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am-5:00 pm
FALL/WINTER/SPRING MEMBERSHIP RATES*
- Up to four
weeks $50.00
- Up to ten
weeks $70.00
- You may
also come in as the guest of a member for $5.00 per day.

Monday thru Thursday 6:00 am-11:00 pm
Friday 6:00 am-9:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am-9:00 pm

You may pay for your membership at the recreation center front desk
between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. You may
pay by check, traveler’s
check, Visa, Mastercard, or in cash. Don’t
forget to take your ID with you (with current quarter

want to use the swimming pool only, you may buy a card, or you may

beside the pool
when you go swimming)
SUMMER HOURS
12:00 noon- 5pm, seven days a week, tennis courts are
open all the time except when reserved for classes.

II.
DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

* You
may pay for your Recreation Card at the Physical Education office,
room 108
in the P.E building, between the hours of 8am and 5pm. You may pay
by check, traveler’s check, or in cash. Don’t forget to
take your ID with you (with current quarter sticker)
