University Credit Program

Description
Flexible
program designed to meet individual special
needs. For students with advanced English ability and who want to take more
than one campus or extra class. Program is offered in 10-week sessions and
includes any combination of English classes, campus classes, regular certificate
programs or Extension classes offered by UC Riverside. Certain restrictions on
per class cost may apply. Students must attend a minimum number of classes. |

Curriculum
Any
combination of:
• Intensive English language classes
• University Extension non-computer classes
• UCR undergraduate classes
• UCR graduate classes (must have a bachelor’s degree)
• One University Extension class held in a computer lab*
* Students may also take additional University Extension classes held in computer
lab, but they must pay separately for these classes. |
Note
A
DYO student may not mix individual classes from IOF,
EIB, and UPP in his/her schedule. Students in each
of these programs must take
the full curriculum.
Students signing up for the DYO must make an appointment with the
College Counselor in Room 246 for final counseling and approval.
Final approval will be based on student’s grades, TOEFL score, and
goals. |
