On-Campus International Residence Center - IRC

The International Residence Center - IRC is conveniently located in the UC Riverside Extension Center where most English and Extension classes are held.

IRC features large, comfortable, furnished, air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom, telephone and television. Laundry facilities and a full-service cafeteria are located within the building and an optional meal plan can be purchased separately.

Free high-speed Internet service is available in most IRC rooms (one port per room) and at a computer laboratory within the building.

Entertainment is easily accessible, across from the IRC, at the University Village, a complex with professional offices, restaurants, retail shops and 10 theaters. In addition, IEP Housing office organizes special activities for IRC guests, including camping trips, hiking, movies, parties, barbecues and more.

Students may choose to stay in single-, double- or triple-occupancy rooms. The IRC is open year-round.
