How to Apply
To apply...
for admission to a University of California, Riverside, English language,
Academic Professional or Postgraduate certificate and diploma programs
Please follow these ten steps:
- Complete and fax or e-mail the Application
- Enclose a $150 USD non-refundable Application Fee – pay by Visa or Mastercard if applying on-line. (Note: Your application will not be processed without this fee)
- Send a Financial Statement in English from your bank, or the source of your funding
- Provide a copy of your passport photo page
- If you are transferring from another school, enclose a copy of your I-20, passport information page, copy of the front and back of your I-94 and a copy of your visa
- If you are applying for a Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma Program you must also complete a Candidate Appraisal Form
- If you are applying for an Academic-Year Certificate Program you must also complete a AYCP - Candidate Appraisal Form
- If you are under 18 years old, you must provide a Parental Release Form for emergency medical care and trip participation
- If you wish to reserve a room in campus residences or have a homestay arranged, please complete the appropriate form
- Enclose a $150 USD non-refundable Residence or Homestay Placement Fee – pay by Visa or Mastercard if applying on-line. (Note: Your housing will NOT be arranged without this fee)
